About the Event
Trap N Tone is a basic and step aerobics class. For this class, you will need a fitness step board or you can use a yoga mat. Small weights are encouraged.
Please arrive around 6:35 PM.
All of our classes are streamed virtually though our YouTube Channel: MaddFitness with Charity.
