Trap N Tone: Step Aerobic Class

Thank you for choosing this class for your workout today. I look forward to turning up with you. This step aerobics class combines basic aerobic and step movements in one class. 

Class starts no later than 6:50 PM. 

Step boards are limited and they are first come, first serve. Additionally, we use small weights during our warm-up but they are optional.
